Here's my (facetious) $0.02:

Perhaps the BizTalk site is a "Rorsach" website
who's sole purpose is to provoke xml-dev type folks
into speculating what it could possibly mean, thereby
generating new ideas for M$'s marketing engine.

Just kidding.
