SAX2: Alpha Documentation

I've thrown together a quick-and-dirty SAX2 site at

  http://www.megginson.com/SAX/SAX2/

There is no code yet, but there's a little documentation and lists of
interfaces, features, and properties, at least.  I haven't included
the new handler types yet, but they'll come along sooner or later (all 
of the infrastructure for them is in place).  So far, this is very
simple, and that simplicity appeals to me.

This site is not yet linked from the main SAX page.
