just a doubt

Hi there!

I'm new on all this SGML/XML stuff. I've been reading about XML but once I
heard about XML-data. What's that?, what's better to learn, or is it
exactly as plain XML?. As you can see I'm in a trouble, 'cause I've been
reading a lot, but there's a lot of information, and sometimes I don't
know where to start.
To make it simple:
I already read the XML, XLink, XPointer and XSL stuff, but that thing
about XML-data and XML-schemas really did confuse me.

Thanx in advance. (hope you understood my english)

Cesar
