XSchema Specification - Notations (Section 2.5), Draft 3
Here's the latest Notations draft. It now sports an XSC:More element and uses attributes instead of child elements for its content. As always, a prettier HTML version of this will be posted shortly at http://purl.oclc.org/NET/xschema. XSchema processors should ignore XSC:Notation elements that contain neither.
