Note that this is a call for papers for the Metastructures Conference,
not the XML Developers' Conference.  As with previous XML Developers'
[Anti]conferences, submissions will be called for about six weeks
before the conference itself, i.e., around July 8.  Please don't send
any proposals for the XML Developers' Conference before then; I'll
probably just lose track of them.
