AElfred: URL Change

Microstar is moving the AElfred XML parser a little.  Please change
all links and bookmarks to point to

  http://www.microstar.com/XML/AElfred/

The old URL, "http://www.microstar.com/XML/", still contains a
prominent pointer to AElfred for now, so stale links will not be
disastrous.
