I like XSchema, but am a little worried about what it implies. Coming from the database world, a schema to me means not only structure, but also data types, field length, privileges, keys, etc., which do not seem to be in our initial charter, although they might be in a later one. Some other possibilities: XStructure / XStruct (I wrote this before reading Paul's latest. Really.) XEL (XML Element Language) XDL (XML Definition Language -- matches DDL (Data Definition Language) in the database world) -- Ron Bourret xml-dev: A list for W3C XML Developers.
