This may be determined by the implementors, one way or another, before
Tim and his colleagues get to it.  Right now, I think that things
might lean a little more towards DSSSL-online, simply because almost
all XML-related software (real or promised) is Java-based, and there
is already a Scheme interpreter for Java.
