XML Reports

I'm trying to use the XML Reports that come with the enterprise edition and I have two questions:
1) How can I create a header that will remain atop each page?
2) How can I add page numbers?
I cannot seem to find anything on how to do these seemingly simple things. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Redd

Hi Redd,
unfortunately XML Report doesn't support headers/footers in the XSL:FO publishing mode. You will have to add them to the generated code.
Thanks,
Alberto
