I am trying to create a XML data source using DB to XML Data source option specified in the manual. But I am unable to see this option in the File -> New Menu.

I want to create XML Data source using a table in MySQL (not the enterprise edition) or Oracle 10g

Which manual you are referring to?
Which Stylus Studio are you running?

As of Stylus Studio 2007 Release 2 (May 2007), this functionality has been deprecated in favor of a new and more powerful relational-to-XML mapping tools based on industry-standard W3C XQuery technologies, for visually mapping relational and XML data as illustrated at
