I have added a checkbox to my xslt and want to check its state in a choose conditional. Could you show how this is done?

Something like...

<input type="checkbox">
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="someXPathCondition">
<xsl:attribute name="checked"/>
</xsl:when>
</xsl:choose>
</input>
