Vivekanand MSubject: problem in including javascript file in xsl with ie6
Author: Vivekanand M

Hi

I am having a strange problem as:
I am using client side xml transformation using xsl stylesheet which displays a form and some data.

i have included the javascript validation script in xsl file as -
<script language="javascript" src="js/some_validation.js"></script>

and transforming the xml using xsl at client side as:

//req is object containing xml data
xsldoc = new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM");
xsldoc.async = false;
xsldoc.load(xsl_url);

document.getElementById('my_div').innerHTML
= req.responseXML.transformNode(xsldoc);

what happens now is IE6 transforms the page very well but not attaching the javascript file with the html
bcoz of which i am not able to validate form elements
i know i can use embedded javascript but the javascript code is much bigger and want to keep in seperate file for easy maintenance.

if any one knows the solution plz help me out

thanks in advance
