I have a small .xml with a .css associated and it Previews way different in Stylus Home Edition when compared to IE 6 or Firefox. There doesn't seem to be any preview options but the Preview is supposed to be IE.

Rather than post it I put the file on my server here http://www.pchousekeeping.com/stylus/ch08_03.xml It is from a book in the chapter concerning connecting CSS Style Sheets to XML documents. In Stylus the only effect the css has is to strip the tags away and show the text in a big block. In Firfox and IE the css is effected but with slightly different results.
The book is "3rd Edition Sams Teach Yourself XML in 21 days"
Thanks,

Hi John,
the preview of the XML file is done on the working copy of the document (so that you can see changes not yet saved, and also to allow the preview on sources that IE cannot read directly). So the relative path used in the xml-stylesheet processing instruction will fail to locate the .css file.
I can only suggest you some workarounds:
- use a full URL/path in the xml-stylesheet PI
- place a copy of the .css in your temp directory (to find it, open Windows Explorer and type %TEMP% in the address bar)
- as you are working with multiple browser, you should also consider to use an external istance of each browsers, and do a save (in Stylus)/refresh (in IE and Firefox) operation when you want to test the results.
