Hi

When I select "WebServiceCall-->Copy XQuery Call to Clipboard" in the pulldown menu, I am able to paste the following code into a new xquery file:

the problem is tha the result of payload only has one input and the webservice have 3 inputs, I need the 3 inputs to invoke the callservice,s0:SRS, s0:CoorX, s0:CoorY

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>

<s0:SRS xmlns:s0="http://www.catastro.meh.es/">EPSG:23031</s0:SRS>
<s0:CoorX xmlns:s0="http://www.catastro.meh.es/">468648.5</s0:CoorX>
<s0:CoorY xmlns:s0="http://www.catastro.meh.es/">4611111.97</s0:CoorY>

</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

----------------

declare namespace s0 = "http://www.catastro.meh.es/";

ddtek:wscall(
<ddtek:location
address="http://ovc.catastro.meh.es/ovcservweb/OVCSWLocalizacionRC/OVCCoordenadas.asmx"
soapaction="http://tempuri.org/OVCServWeb/OVCCoordenadas/Consulta_RCCOOR"/>,

<s0:SRS xmlns:s0="http://www.catastro.meh.es/">EPSG:23031</s0:SRS>
)

Jose,

You can actually invoke the service using XQuery with an alternative approach. The DataDirect XQuery User Guide chapter 10,” Building a Web Service client” provides detailed information.

Here is an concrete example

declare namespace s0 = "http://www.catastro.meh.es/";

declare variable
$host := "http://ovc.catastro.meh.es/ovcservweb/OVCSWLocalizacionRC/OVCCoordenadas.asmx";

declare variable $options :=
<request>
<request-header>
<header
name="SOAPAction"
value="http://tempuri.org/OVCServWeb/OVCCoordenadas/Consulta_RCCOOR"/>
</request-header>
</request>;

declare variable $payload :=
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope
xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
xmlns:s0="http://www.catastro.meh.es/">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<s0:SRS>EPSG:23031</s0:SRS>
<s0:CoorX>468648.5</s0:CoorX>
<s0:CoorY>4611111.97</s0:CoorY>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>;

ddtek:http-post($host, $payload, $options)

Hope this helps
Ivan
