I have Stylus Studio 2008 in my company with official licenses that there was only one change in the machines which were installed and now it no longer allows me to be activation giving the following message:


License Authentication Failed.
We're sorry. The software license you are using could not be validated automatically.
This can sometimes be caused by major hardware changes on the computer(s) for which this installation has been licensed.
For your protection and security, your license must be validated manually by telephone.
Please contact Stylus Studio Customer Service at (305) 748-4155 and reference your Installation ID xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.


Wish it was released back to the licenses that we could install on other computers because the former are no longer with the company, was leased computers that were returned to the company Telefonica de Portugal.

Hi Luiz,
as the license you are using is for 20 users, could you tell us which user was using the dismissed hardware? Otherwise we could end up clearing the activation key for an active computer.

Albert had 20 computers that were replaced because they were hired, did not know it would be necessary to withdraw the licenses of machines before trading them, I know is that I only have 1 unique key to validate up to 20 computers, if you could clear this key could be switching to new computers.

Hi Luiz,
you don't need to withdraw the license before returning them, I just didn't want to clear the license for the wrong ones ;-)
You should be all set now, try to activate Stylus on the new machines.

Thanks Alberto realized the test and managed to register the Stylus Studio 2008.
What did you do? Released licenses for use in new computers?
