I am trying to create a conversion file for swift MT 103 file format to convert it to XML.I could not figure out a right approach for this file.
Please point me in the right direction.
Below is a sample. Attachemnt contains the file description.

Is there any way to get MT103 done by direct conversion or does this require a conversion plus XSLT to create the desired XML output?

I'm on Enterprise 2010 version.
