First of all thanks for your help in advance...

This is what I need to be able to accomplish. I need the xpath statement to select the single "Premium" element when I have to match against multiple sibling Rate/Provision element values of "03" and "600". Is this even possible?

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<Insured type="EE">

<Premium>14.75</Premium> <!-- This is the one I need -->
