Hello.

I am converting a CSV file from excel spreadsheet to an XML file. Then i will be using the XML in visual studio C# 2008. If i would transfer the XML file, my VSC# .exe file to another computer, would the .exe file be able to use the XML file (without stylus studio or anything else) to search and modify and do whatever else to the data contained therein??
