Chris JohnsonSubject: HIgh CPU on a laptop after hibernation
Author: Chris Johnson

Hi there,

I run stylus studio 2008 release 2 on my laptop and have a problem quite often when i hibernate the laptop and come back to re-use it later the process struzzo.exe remains at 100% cpu and until i kill the process it stays at the level. Is this a know issue? I ran windows xp sp3 with a IBM lenovo T43 laptop.

Any suggestions/ resolutions would be much apreciated!

While im logging in the forumn i have another question, when running on two monitors i have my preview screen and output window on the second monitor, if I say move away and just use my laptop with out the second monitor i canno't get to the preview window without finding another monitor to plug into to drag the window back into the main stylus window. Is there a way to get the preview window back if it's lost on the second monitor?

Hi Chris,
when you are hibernating your PC with Stylus running, which documents are open? (XML, XSLT, XQuery...)
As for the preview window in the secondary monitor, have you tried hiding and restoring it by using View | Preview?

Thanks,
Alberto
