I need to know how to setup Apache FOP 0.94 for use within an XML Pipeline.

Hi Peter,
XML Pipeline only supports RenderX and FOP 0.20; if you want to use a different engine you will have to generate the "inline" Java code for the pipeline, and manually change the API being used.
