  Subject: (401) forbidden error

The web services were written in C# -- .NET 2.0
The web service does call into SQL server to retrieve data.
When the client is set to Microsoft .NET, this message is shown in a popup alert box. Nothing is enabled or shown in the preview window.
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

when using Apache Axis, this is shown in the output:
- Unable to find required classes (javax.activation.DataHandler and javax.mail.internet.MimeMultipart). Attachment support is disabled.

We just noticed something different between the working versions and mine. In their scenario, they select Microsoft Soap toolkit 3.0 for the client. That option is not available for mine.
We tried using the Microsoft .NET as the client on the working machine using any working credentials, and we get the same errors. The calls only work when using "Microsoft Soap toolkit 3.0" as the client. How would I get this same functionality?
