Something I have always wanted to do was learn how to update FLV Video XML playlists from a MySQL database either with Flash or Dreamweaver.

I could build an update page to upload videos to the mysql database.
Just need something that would update the xml video lists for a player.

Can Stylus Studio enable me to do this and is there tutorials for doing just that?

Hi,
Stylus Studio bundles the DataDirect XQuery processor that, among other features, can read and write from a MySQL database.
You can read more on the topic, and find some examples on how to do it, on http://www.xquery.com/examples/mysql
