Hans LutschSubject: Activating Stylus Studio 2008

My company purchased the Upgrade protection plan when we purchased Stylus Studio 2007. I downloaded the new 2008 release and don't have an activation key to get it working that it will accept.

So far, my e-mails and telephone call have gone unanswered. How can I get this activated? I have got work to do :-)

That is good.
Except now it tells me that it can't process the AUP for various reasons including out of subscription time which isn't the case.

It hasn't been a year yet.
