I have 2 licenses for the enterprise version. My machine cannot activate the license over the network due to our firewall. I have emailed and called support for many days since last week and I'm getting no answer and help from anyway. This is the last place I know of to try and get help on this matter.

I require a manual activation method. Will someone at the company please help me?

Very frustrating.

Unless a spam filter caught your message somehow, emailing to
stylusstudio (at) stylusstudio.com for sales support or
stylus-field-report (at) progress.com for technical support should always
get to us.

The support department has seen no emails from you, but we'll get this
solved as quickly as possible. Please send your registration
information to the stylus-field-report email address, and we'll help
you out.

Sorry for any difficulty you may have encountered.

The reason you can't contact them today is that it is a holiday here,
and most people are off. I'm just checking in from home between
painting projects ;)

I will follow up with them tomorrow.
