James DurningSubject: How to map XML to XML with a many to many relationship

How exactly do you want the result map to be?
Are you showing us your input xml?

If it is a many to many relationship, using the key->object paradigm: assuming each key can reference multiple objects, and each object can be referenced by many keys, then you'd have to place the objects and keys seperately, and use seperate objects as references or links.
