I'm beginner in XSL and please give me advise how to do the following:
I have XML like:

<row>
<cell> a1 </cell>
<cell> a2</cell>
<cell> a2</cell>
</row>
<row>
<cell> a1 </cell>
<cell> b2</cell>
<cell> b3</cell>
</row>
<row>
<cell> c1 </cell>
<cell> c2</cell>
<cell> c3</cell>
</row>
so the problem is : how to span equals cells. the result must be:

-------------
| a2 |
a1 ----------
| b2 | b3 |
-------------
c1 | c2 | c3 |
--------------

Thanks.

This is a help forum for Stylus Studio users.
Are you using Stylus Studio? If so, please post the version so
that we may better help you.

For general XSLT questions, a good forum is the xsl-list run by
Mulberry Technologies.

And problems like the one you asked about are dealt with in an
excellent book by Sal Mangano called the XSLT Cookbook.
