I recently got a new computer, and have been trying to 'move' the license to the new computer. When I install it gives me the following message:

"Please contact Stylus Studio Customer Service and reference your Installation ID 2737XXXX-73911XXXX."

So I called and left a message yesterday, no reply. I called again today and still get the prompt to leave a v-message.

I am traveling soon and really need to get this done ASAP.
