Hi,

Is there a way to setup the generated XSL-FO's page size ?
I have always this <fo:simple-page-master master-name="default-page" page-height="11in" page-width="8.5in" ... />

And i don't find a way to determine an header to Table element.
It is really missing in the report because if the table is longer than a page the header would be repeated.
