Sorry to repost this message again, but I got no replies from the last time and i'm fairly stuck. I can't remove SS and now my trial has expired, so I'm left with software I can't use or remove. See below for details. I really need help on this one.

I've installed the trial version of Stylus Studio XML 2007 Home Edition onto Windows 2000.
Now, when I want to uninstall it - in Add/Remove Programs I select the "Change/Remove" button. I get asked if I want to proceed with the uninstall, but when I select "Yes" - all I get is a "Maintenance Complete" screen from the InstallShield. Stylus Studio just remains! I can't get rid of it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay; your issue didn't seem a major problem like others, so it fell down in order of priority.

To manually remove Stylus Studio 2007 Home Edition:

- Delete the c:\Program Files\Stylus Studio 2007 XML... folder
- Delete the c:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{6f35cc3e-13ad-4ac9-a5e8-f4adc1c9e60f} folder
- Delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stylus Studio\2007 XML Home Edition registry key
- Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stylus Studio\2007 XML Home Edition registry key
- Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{6f35cc3e-13ad-4ac9-a5e8-f4adc1c9e60f} registry key
- Delete the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Stylus* registry keys
- Delete the Stylus Studio icon on your desktop
- Delete the Stylus Studio program folder in the Start > All Programs section
