Hi folks,

I have a bar chart that I want to update as per user input in a web app using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server.

Can someone tell me if I am doing things in the right order?

It seems I should go from SQL -> XML -> SVG.

The initial SVG file was rendered in a SVG editor. I want to use JavaScript and the SVG DOM in the SVG file and then feed in the XML to update the attributes in the SVG file.

Any thoughts or tips are appreciated.
- Glenn

Hi again folks,

This may be another asked and answered post but I think I have a direction on dynamic SVG, so here it is...

User input --> SQL --> XML --> DOM on SVG via ASP.NET page to update attributes in the current SVG file and then to finally display the new SVG file.

Haven't tried this yet but I think it is the right approach.

Any thoughts are welcome.

- Glenn
