What is recommended best practice for creating a generic schema for an RDF section in the middle of an XML document?

The schema should be able to generate instance documents that look something like the following:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<someXmlRdf xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<someXML xsi:type="xsd:complexType">
</someXML>
<someRDF xsi:type="rdf:RDF">
</someRDF>
<someMoreXML xsi:type="xsd:complexType">
</someMoreXML>
</someXmlRdf>
