Hi folks,

Looking for sample code on how to create 3d pie charts using SVG.

I have looked at the SS archives as well as on the web but without luck.

I am using an InkScape SVG editor. It's excellent but for 3d stuff it might not apply?
http://www.inkscape.org/

I also found an article that shows how to do a pie chart in a 2d manner at...

Any help is appreciated.

Here are some 3D pie chart examples that might get you started.

Hi Tony,

There is a problem with the script for this page and using Task Manager you are able to close some windows and peak at the pie charts which quickly disappear.

Also, it's a nice picture of 3d pie charts but there is no discussion to go along with the pretty pictures?

Hi Tony,

It seems that Adobe Illustrator CS2 is the perfect tool for creating SVG documents. It allows for hooks to XML for data transformation that provide dynamic views as new data is pumped into the graphic.

Check them out at http://www.adobe.com/svg/examples.html

Thanks,
- Glenn
