I am trying to return an xml nodeset and am failing...any help?

In XSLT 1.0 there is no standard way to convert a result tree fragment
into a node set. But many XSLT processors have extensions to do just
that. Which processor are you using?

In XSLT 2.0 the whole concept has been replaced by sequences, which can
easily be passed around.

You may also search for node-set in these forums to see some examples
of their use.

I was using the built in processor, but changed it to .NET. I do need to use version 1, since we have not converted to the version 2 environment.

In this case you don't really need to use a script extension.
Please have a look to the attached solution
