I have two questions concerning install issues we are having.
First problem, when a user tries to use the software they receive an error message that states "Stylus Studio is unable to store the Activation Key value in your HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry." Users do not have admin rights, so how do the users run the software?

Second question. We are installing several copies of the software in an isolated environment with no internet connection. We receive the following error when we try to install it. "Stylus Studio is currently unable to contact the server to verify the status of your license." How do we install the software in this type of environment?

Stylus Studio needs access to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry until activation is complete; your administrator can grant temporary permission until the activation is complete, or the installation and activation can be performed by the administrator and then accessed by other users. Once activation is complete, Stylus Studio requires only read access to the HLM registry.

When you purchase Stylus Studio and you have this kind of requirements, we can provide "disconnected activation keys", that will allow you to activate Stylus Studio in environments like the one you are describing.
