Subject:Conditional properties Author:David Peterson Date:15 Feb 2006 12:58 PM
I'm presently evaluating Stylus Studio as a key development platform for our web service. Important to this service's usability will be the display of data with conditional properties, for example, a table cell background color change dependent on the value of the data to be placed in that cell.
This would be for something like an inventory database that shows remaining quantity. You might want the displayed quantities to change color if they go below a certain value. Perhaps a quantity of widgets goes below 5 and the displayed number turns red.
So how can I code a style sheet to set a table (or other html element) property based on an xml element or attribute value?
I did not see anything in the WYSIWYG editor, the online documentation, or the discussion boards here. If there is documentation available somewhere, a pointer would be sufficient. Thanks.
