Hi..
I'm pretty NEW to XML..and any help wud b appreciated...
I'm trying to create a XML doc of a word document using Stylus "convert to XML" feature.
The word doc has several tab delimited data.I've attached some of the data extract over here in a file called as datafile.txt..Now the problem is that I cant see these records in the tree structure.
I mean I need to see each of the records as the sub-nodes under the main node.
Is there any other way how I can do this?
PLS HELP ASAP..

Force Convert to XML to use line-oriented region, you should get the right layout.
- File -> new -> Convert to XML
- In the New Convert Dialog after have chosen the input file click line oriented
- Now you should see the columns correctly detected.
Click on the first row and re-name the column with appropriate names

Because the lines are so long, by default Convert-to-XML may not
recognize that this is line-oriented data. So, when you open the
file, make sure you give it that hint. Or, if the file is opened
as a fixed-width one, right-click on it and choose the option near
the top of the menu to convert it to line-oriented.
