I am new to Stylus Studio.
I am using recent release and going through documentation.
Where is a Refresh button?
The documentation says: Click the Refresh button to apply the stylesheet in the context of the selected scenario. Stylus Studio displays the results of applying the stylesheet in the XSLT Preview window.

Documentation is not updated at this point; will be shortly.

The "refresh" button is really the "preview button", available at the top
of the XSLT editor window; it has a triangular shape, like a Play button.
Otherwise, you can use the menu: XSLT|Preview XSLT Result (Ctrl+F5); if you
want to debug: Debug|Start Debugging (F5)
