Richard WagenknechtSubject: No support of xsd:anyType

I tried to define a type that uses xsd:anyType and I get the message base type could not be found. Is there any way around this?

No, unfortunately there is no workaround. This is part of the limitations
in the current XML Schema validation implementation that we are using
(Apache Xerces C++).

These limitations will go away as soon as the new version of Xerces will be
made available, which should happen by the end of the year.
