Hi,
Have just downloaded stylus-studio-home-16-x64.exe.
Install on WIndows 10 is failing.

Have downloaded again. Same error.

Hi Gaetan,

Could you please make sure that no antivirus is preventing the installer to run?

what happens if you right click on the installer executable and click on "Run as Administrator"?

Hi,

I did 2 tests :

1) Install on Win10 ( Defender Running ) using Run As Asministrator. Same issue
2) Installed on Windows Server 2021 ( Adaware AV running ): Works fine

So issue seems related to Win 10

Gaetan, I tried here on Windows 10 and I was able to install it. We install regularly on win10

is there any peculiarity in your windows 10 installation?

Hi,

The issue was due to the File Update Protection of Windows 10 ( Defender ). Stangely , the was no notication of program blocked. I saw it in the History log. After allowing update, all back to normal.
