David BartellSubject: Replacing XSD files in Report
Author: David Bartell

I have a report with fields from multiple xsd schema data source files. These files are all the same schema, but different versions of it. I want to point all the fields to a single schema and remove the old versions.

I don't see a way to do that globally. I tried editing the .report file in Notepad++, which looked like a good solution, but when I tried to open the report in Stylus Studio, I got an error stating that the report had been "tampered".

Short of redoing all the fields in the report, is there a way to consolidate these overlapping schemas to a single file?

Sorry David Publisher does not support such feature.

If I understand what you are asking you would like to replace a data source URL across all glyph's data context. Correct?

I added your request to our database.

You should be able to create a new report and copy&paste the good parts to save times.

Hope this helps

I believe you understand correctly. Thanks for the prompt answer!

Is there a way to text edit the .report file itself?
