I am new to XML files but have a need to convert an Oagis XML file to TXT. I tried setting it up in Stylus Studio but had issues basically figuring out where to begin.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction that would be great.

You can try XSLT transformation to convert XML file into a txt file.

By the way, I tried to open the attached XML file.
It seems it is not a well-formed XML.
Here is the error:

Sorry for the delay in getting back to everyone.
I am waiting for the person who reads the txt file to get back with me on how exactly the txt file needs to look.

So far he has not sent it back. As soon as I get it I will post both the xml file and the txt file.
