Hello,

I've been very frustrated trying to get ahold of an actual person to answer my question but it seems that's not an option so I'm trying here.

I purchased the 2006 Home Edition of Stylus Studio in April of 2006. Since then the computer I normally use the software on has become a dinosaur and is about to be recycled. I've been trying to transfer the software, which I downloaded, to my new computer without success. When I access my old bill online it gives me a download page but the download page only contains the newer version (2008) of Stylus Studio with which my activation key does not work. I'm really getting aggravated about this and need someone to help me through this. None of the other software I've purchased was difficult to transfer from one computer to the next, only this one.

I do not want to purchase the newer version, although it certainly costs less than what I paid in 2006 for the older version. I only want to transfer the software I bought in 2006 to my new computer.

Can someone please help me?

Thank you very much. It worked! I can finally recycle my old desktop now since this was the last piece of software I was waiting to move over.

I still wonder why though my old invoice gives me a link only to the newest version of the software (home version 9r2), rather than the one I purchased, which is explicitly written out on my invoice. Anyway, I'm very glad to have this settled.
