Hi All
I am writing a XSLT to transform XML into plain text. Here I am using ' ' for space character in my output text and it has got some formatting with the spaces. The problem is, the space formatting looks fine when my notepad font is set to Courier. But all the spacing go wrong if I change my fonr to Verdana or something else. What cud be the cause? Is it issue with using   for space? If yes what cud be the alternate for it?

First, which version of Stylus Studio?
Second, which processor?
Third, without seeing your input and XSLT, it's hard to guess
at what might be going wrong.

I am not using stylus studio for developemnt and using Java Saxon for transforming. I am not suppose to share the code as it is quite confidential. If I am not wrong the pixel size of each font makes the difference. But I am not sure.

If you are not a user of Stylus Studio, then this forum is probably
not the best place to ask the question, since this is a support forum
for Stylus Studio users.
For general XSLT questions, see the xsl-list run by Mulberry
Technologies.
