Build: Version 6 Release 2 287m
The IF block is never created if the target is an XML attribute. It works if the target is an XML element.

Oops, spoken too soon... I tried to reproduce it inside the XSLT mapper, but the title said XQuery mapper!: I can easily reproduce the problem.
