If I use the new project wizard to make a project. Then use "Project from SCC" it succeeds. Then I drag a local folder that is under source control in that VSS project it connects up and looks fine. Icons show and it asks if I want to checkout if I make a change to a file.

Then I save the project, close, reopen. Now all the icons are gone and it doesn't ask about checking files out. Seems to have lost knowledge of the VSS settings.
