so actually you want a binary output method.  Makes perfect
sense.  But
unfortunately that is not part of the standard.
Mayeb your processor provides
such a method as an extension, but
I don't know any processor providing such a
binary output method.

  You can always report a defect on the working group's
bugzilla
<http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/> if you think that should be
added to
the standard.
