I'm using LotusXSL as well.....I think that your parameters aren't in right
order.
It should be:

processor.process("dynlist.xml", "dynlist.xsl", "dynlist2.html");

instead of:

processor.process("dynlist.xsl", "dynlist.xml", "dynlist2.html");
