[XML-DEV Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] RE: HTML5 and almost no namespaces
--------- Andrew Welch Says This thread seems to be heading towards the nasty style of markup like: <book> <book-title>...</ <book-author> <book-author-name> ... -------------------------- Agreed. I personally think it's perfectly fine (even preferable) to reuse element names in different contexts to some extent. Its preferable to the above, in my opinion, and need not require namespaces unless you are truely mixing/nesting completely independent vocabularies. ---------------------------------------- David A.
