[XML-DEV Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] Something worth reading on linking
In case you wanted something more meaty than ZDnet... I'm sure most readers of this list follow XML.com anyway, but I wanted to take the liberty of pointing out our lead feature this week, "XML Linking Technologies," by Eric van der Vlist. http://www.xml.com/pub/2000/10/04/linking/ It's a pretty good tour of most of the ways that links can be expressed in XML, from containment, through ID & IDREF, to XLink and RDF. I'm not usually in the habit of promoting XML.com to this list, so excuse me if this seems too in-your-face, but now and then I feel an article is especially valuable... -- Edd
