So far they seem to be the folks with the 
lowest barrier to entry, a well-defined 
process, and the bandwidth to take on the 
job if the job requires bandwidth.

My personal $.02 (a much devalued tuppence, as I've had no involvement
in SAX's development whatsoever) is that OASIS would be well worth
